Poor Doggie Got Sabotage by Heartless people

This dog was found on the street with one of its hind paws severed and its leg stripped off flesh & skin, right down to the bone. Apparently, it looks like an act of heartless people who setted up illegal traps against stray dogs

Guys out there, do keep a lookout on these cold blooded fellow and lets all get them all nabbed for pets cruelty

saddist man.. pple like that still exist meh? call SPCA liaoz.. find them must teach them a lesson.. how will they feel if their leg got chopped of cause we don like them or find them a nuisance?
